Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IndieBridge ("Service") operated by Yoichi Yanagigo ("Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Operator regarding the use of the Service.
2. Registration
Registration is completed when the Operator approves an application submitted through the prescribed method. The Operator may decline registration if false information is provided, if the applicant has previously violated these Terms, or if the Operator otherwise deems it inappropriate.
3. Account Management
Users are responsible for managing their account information. Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with third parties under any circumstances.
4. Service Description
The Service provides the following features:
- AI-powered game text translation (English ⇔ Japanese)
- Translation file import/export for game engines (CSV, JSON, PO, XLIFF)
- Store page translation (Steam, Epic Games Store, itch.io, Xbox)
- Translation glossary management
- Listing on the localized game portal
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for paid features are as displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed through Stripe. Late payments are subject to a 14.6% annual penalty.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available after service delivery begins. If you are unable to use the Service due to a defect on our end, please contact support@indiebridge.dev. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
7. AI-Generated Content
Copyright of AI-generated translations belongs to the owner of the source text. While we strive for accuracy, the Operator does not guarantee the completeness or correctness of AI translations. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving final translation content.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Violate laws, regulations, or public order
- Engage in criminal activity
- Disrupt or interfere with servers or networks
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Collect personal information of other users
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Impersonate other users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Provide benefits to antisocial forces
- Engage in any other activity deemed inappropriate by the Operator
9. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
The Operator may change or suspend the Service without prior notice. If the Service is to be terminated, 30 days' notice will be provided via the website or email.
10. Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion
The Operator may restrict or delete accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms, non-payment, false registration information, or other reasons deemed appropriate.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- AI Translation Quality: AI translations provided by the Service are for reference purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all translation output before use. The Operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from the content of AI-generated translations.
- Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
- Cap on Liability: If the Operator is found liable despite the foregoing, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Operator in the month in which the damage occurred.
- Third-Party Services: The Operator is not liable for any damages caused by outages, failures, or changes in third-party services (including Stripe, Supabase, Google Gemini API, Anthropic Claude API, Vercel, etc.).
- User Content: The Operator has no obligation to verify or monitor the content of files or text uploaded by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on any copyrights or other rights.
- This disclaimer does not apply to damages caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence where the contract constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan.
12. Changes to Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms take effect upon publication on this website.
13. Personal Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Non-Transferability
Users may not transfer or pledge any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the Operator.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Service.
