  • Payment Information: Processed through Stripe. We do not directly store credit card numbers.
  • Usage Information: Uploaded translation files, translation results, glossary terms, project settings
  • Technical Information: IP address, browser information, access logs

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service
  • Communicating with you and responding to inquiries
  • Processing payments and billing
  • Improving the Service and developing new features
  • Analyzing usage patterns and generating statistics
  • Preventing fraudulent use
  • Complying with legal requirements

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law, for protection of life or property, for public health, or when cooperating with government agencies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Please review their respective privacy policies.

  • Supabase: Database and user authentication
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Hosting
  • Google Gemini API: AI translation
  • Anthropic Claude API: AI quality review

Text submitted for translation is sent to the above AI services and is subject to their respective data handling policies.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and to improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may be limited.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose and is securely deleted within a reasonable period thereafter. After account deletion, translation data and personal information are deleted within 30 days.
